The Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library's book sale raises money for the library system. Features a wide variety of genres, organized on shelves. · Hours: Members-only sale: 12pm-6pm on Aug. 11. Public sale: 12pm-5pm Aug. 15, 10am-4pm Aug. 16, 2pm-5pm Aug. 17. · Cost: Most books $1; bargain room books 25 cents each or 5 for $1. Sunday Aug. 17: fill a bag for $1 in bargain room. Membership costs $15/year for early access.
